Bianca Harlow represents writers, actors, directors and producers in film, television and new media. Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Bianca was Manager, creative development & production at Netflix, where she helped oversee the creative development and production of various film projects at the streamer, focused on emerging talent. She also worked as a creative executive at Fifth Season fka Endeavor Content. Bianca began her career as a corporate associate at O’Melveny & Myers where she focused primarily on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and other corporate matters. 

 

Bianca graduated cum laude with a dual degree from UC San Diego, receiving Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science–International Relations and Ethnic Studies. She received her JD from Harvard Law School. 

 

A native of southern California, Bianca lives in Los Angeles with her partner and their two children.
