About
the Firm
Lichter, Grossman, Nichols, Feldman, Rogal, Shikora & Clark, Inc. represents a wide range of creative people and companies across the entertainment industry. Our practice is focused on negotiating agreements for our clients with studios, production companies and other financiers in connection with film, television, live stage and new-media projects, as well as selling rights in literary properties and motion pictures.
Since its founding in 1992 by Linda Lichter, Peter Grossman and Peter Nichols, the firm has been regarded as one of the top transactional entertainment law firms in the nation. Shortly after its inception, Michael Adler joined the firm and was a key partner in the firm until his retirement in 2019. Our attorneys are very active in the industry and in the broader community, appearing on panels at conferences and festivals in the US and abroad, lecturing at well-known universities and law schools, and promoting numerous charitable causes.
Our clients include prominent and award-winning writers, directors, actors, producers, authors, playwrights and animators, many of whom have been represented by the firm since the beginning of their careers.
