Chris concentrates his practice on the film, television, digital media and new media industries. Chris has significant experience handling sponsorship and branding agreements, financing agreements, rights acquisition agreements, distribution agreements, and writer agreements, producer agreements, director agreements, and actor agreements.

Chris was born and raised in Los Angeles. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with honors, double majoring in Biomedical Engineering and Engineering Entrepreneurship. Chris also graduated from Penn Law School with a Certificate in Management from The Wharton School with honors. He was an editor of the Penn Law Review, President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, and Symposium Chair for both the Penn Law Review and the Penn Intellectual Property Group. Chris started his legal career in New York as an associate at Skadden, Arps, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, acquisition financing, leveraged buyouts, asset-based loans, secured and unsecured financing, and general corporate governance matters. He continued his career at Kirkland & Ellis and Eisner LLP in Los Angeles, where he focused his practice on mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate governance matters in the media and entertainment sector.
Chris lives in Los Angeles with his wife and their two children.
